Allen Crumpler

Allen Crumpler is President & Managing Partner of Flagsticks Development Group. Based in Charlotte, NC, Allen has been working in finance as an investment banker and commercial banker for more than 16 years. He has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 clients, private equity sponsors, and family-owned businesses on strategic financial solutions including: acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raises.

Allen has worked closely with business owners and investors to help maximize returns and construct the most beneficial capital structures to help owners achieve their goals.

Allen graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS degree in Business – Finance and earned his MBA from The University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.
