Jerry Passaro

Jerry has 40+ years of experience in providing assistance and guidance to real estate owners and developers in analyzing and underwriting business opportunities.

Based in Williamsburg, VA, Jerry is a former bank President and CEO. He has been responsible for the supervision and risk management of a $1 billion real estate portfolio and has extensive experience in the underwriting and managing of income-producing real estate properties, to include commercial office space, hospitality properties and multi-family developments. He has been a leader in the financing of student housing developments, having provided land acquisition, development and construction financing for projects throughout Virginia and the Carolinas.

Jerry graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS degree in Business Management.
